Define ‘Curated’ Content

Review, overhaul and implement Production Work

  • Assess technical capacity (existing & future)
  • Create a ‘Production Workflow’ for testimony collection
    • Q&A Guidelines
    • All new testimonies
    • Pre-production

Oversee collection of New Dimensions in Testimony Production Program and Team

Assess the Marketplace for ‘Curated’ Content and Determine The Viability & Sustainability of Expansion

  • Assess the Business and Revenue Generation Potential of ‘Curated’ Content, including VR produced films and content
    • As fully produced content
    • As source material
  • Review and Analyze Potential Partnerships, Distribution Platforms and Co-production Models and Begin Negotiations
    • Create presentations to potential partners & outlets
    • Assess issues related to partnership agreements and negotiations
      • Legal Issues
      • Standards and Ethics
      • Content
  • Develop Guidelines and Standards for Producing & Collecting Media Content
  • Produce Curated Multimedia Content for External & Internal Outlets
    • Clip library from collections
      • By themes
      • By geography
      • By calendar
      • By compelling moment
  • Comcast Content
    • 3 originally produced ‘Witness from the Future’ video segments
    • Education in Action’ (behind-the-scenes of the work)
  • Gala video
  • USC SF events and, when relevant, produce short web-based
  • Establish Qualitative and Quantitative Metrics For Assessing Value
  • Manage Production Team

New Dimensions in Testimony is an initiative by USC Shoah Foundation to record and display testimony in a way that will preserve the dialogue between Holocaust survivors and learners far into the future. Collaborating within the project are Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, with technology by USC Institute for Creative Technologies, and concept by Conscience Display. Funding for NDT was provided in part by Pears Foundation, Louis. F. Smith and Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.

Job Profile Summary
Minimum Education: Master's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience: 7 years
Minimum Field of Expertise: Directly related program management experience. Expert knowledge of field, teaching experience and/or active in research. Ability to manage sponsored projects and fundraise.
