Segments for the Classroom
Segments for the Classroom is a video resource for educators of students ages 14 and up and consists of seven downloadable clip reels—six in English, and one in Spanish—that contain excerpts of testimony covering a variety of topics from the Institute’s Visual History Archive, including the Auschwitz II-Birkenau Sonderkommando, the Holocaust through the eyes of child survivors, and the experience of Holocaust survivors who emigrated from Europe to Latin America (in Spanish). In addition, a written summary of each reel is downloadable as a PDF.
