JONATHAN WEBBER is an acclaimed social anthropologist specializing in the study of Jewish life and culture, including extended periods doing research in Poland. His lectures are based on his recent book, Rediscovering Traces of Memory: The Jewish Heritage of Polish Galicia (Indiana University Press, 2009).
