We are looking for volunteers to help with community outreach, support survivors through the interview process, and serve as videographers.
Joe Adamson gave testimony in October 2020, just a year before he passed away. His interview will be saved and shared through the Visual History Archive as a source of learning, remembrance and inspiration.
Recording a new collection of Holocaust survivor testimonies serves as an important bridge across generations. Firsthand accounts of survivors will not only offer insights into their lives before and during the war, but will allow them to offer perspectives on issues such as genocides that occurred after the Holocaust, resurgent antisemitism, and other current events.
This shared experience with contemporary audiences and updated perspective will spark connections and lasting impact.
