Leadership Workshop - Action and Values, presented by USC Shoah Foundation's William P. Lauder Junior Internship Program, provides a dynamic and unique opportunity for students to engage with testimonies – personal stories – from survivors and witnesses of genocide to develop a stronger sense of self and voice.
The program aims to challenge participants to deeply consider what it means to be a responsible participant in civil society and to be stronger than hate. The workshop sessions and activities are intended to develop knowledge, skills and confidence to create positive change in the lives of participants and in their communities.
The workshop is a week-long residential program. On a typical day, participants will attend Leadership Workshop - Action and Values sessions and will then engage in community building opportunities with fellow participants in the afternoons and evenings.
