COLLECTIONS
The Visual History Archive includes testimonies related to the Holocaust, the Armenian Genocide, contemporary antisemitism, and other historical events. Our collections are an invaluable resource to scholars, journalists, educators, policymakers, and storytellers.
RESEARCH
We support, promote, and produce forward-looking and interdisciplinary scholarship. We welcome scholars and the public to events that translate our rich body of research into easily accessible and impactful resources.
OUTREACH
All our initiatives and programs are anchored in the 56,0000 testimonies in our archive. We partner with museums, universities, and organizations to educate the public, influence policy, and build a more resilient society.
EDUCATION
Survivors speak to future generations through our award-winning educational services and programs, including IWitness classroom activities, IWalk on-location testimonies, and our professional development programs for educators.
About Us
We give opportunity to survivors and witnesses to the Holocaust, the Armenian Genocide, contemporary acts of antisemitic violence, and other global events of persecution to tell their own stories in their own words in audio-visual interviews. We preserve these testimonies and make them accessible for research, education, and outreach for the betterment of humankind in perpetuity.
