As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the institute. You will also manage the phone lines as well as the intake email box. You will assist with different administrative tasks and responsibilities around the institute. Overall, the Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure that every visitor is welcomed positively and all administrative tasks are executed to the highest quality standards. This position will report to the Administrative Program Manager.

Program Profile: Living Links is a new USC Shoah Foundation Program devoted to building an enduring Holocaust descendant community and training 3Gs to tell their grandparents’ Holocaust survival story. The Living Links Program will be developed at USC Shoah Foundation with the intention of launching Living Links as a new national organization in approximately 3 years.

The Core Purpose of the USC Shoah Foundation is to give opportunities for survivors and witnesses to the Shoah—the genocide of the Jews—to tell their own stories in their own words in audio-visual interviews, preserve their testimonies, and make them accessible for research, education, and outreach for the betterment of humankind in perpetuity.
