Student Opportunities Body Text

If you are a student looking for opportunities to be a voice for change, we encourage you to engage the Visual History Archive in some of the following projects:

IWitness Challenge

Using the voices in IWitness as a source of inspiration, students are encouraged to embark on a creative project to affect positive change in their communities, and to construct a video that showcases their endeavors and incorporates testimony from IWitness.

Chapman University Art and Writing Contest

Focusing on themes central both to the Holocaust and to ethical decision making in our world today, the contest gives students from public, private and parochial schools the opportunity to share their creative works in response to survivors’ oral testimonies.

Student Voices Short Film Competition

The USC Shoah Foundation's short film competition, Student Voices, offers USC students the opportunity to produce a video using testimony from the Institute’s Visual History Archive.
