Dr. Kori Street, Deputy Executive Director of USC Shoah Foundation, talks with psychiatrist Dr. Robert Krell about how the Holocaust has impacted multiple generations of families and the importance of capturing testimonies from remaining survivors. The conversation marks the Canadian launch of the Last Chance Collection, USC Shoah Foundation’s initiative to collect testimonies of Holocaust eyewitnesses before it is too late.

Dr. Robert Krell, a child Holocaust survivor, is a psychiatrist specializing in treating trauma in Holocaust survivor families and founder of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Center. He is a pioneer in testimony collection in Canada. 

Dr. Kori Street, Deputy Executive Director of USC Shoah Foundation, is a leader in bringing thousands of Canadian Holocaust survivor testimonies to USC Shoah Foundation to support their preservation, access, and educational use.
