Dr. Brian Hughes directs the Shoah Foundation’s Countering Antisemitism Laboratory (CAL). In this role, he develops evidence-backed interventions to prevent and reduce antisemitic attitudes and behaviors. These interventions address the problem of antisemitism at scale, online and offline, with a focus on the needs of impacted communities and victim-survivors. A media and communication scholar by training, Dr.

Raquel Diaz Serralta is the Learning and Development Specialist for Primary Education. She creates developmentally appropriate testimony-based educational content, delivers training, and collaborates with partners. 

Kobi is the Program Specialist for Organizational Engagement and Strategic Partnerships - Programs, and assists with all USC Shoah Foundation agreements.  Kobi has engaged in direct services with and for Holocaust survivors for over a decade.  Prior to joining USC Shoah Foundation, she was the Holocaust Survivors Justice Network Administrator at Bet Tzedek Legal Services.  As an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming, she taught courses on the Holocaust both inside the classroom and through the University’s Summer Semester Abroad in Israel.  Kobi received her MA in Holocaust Studies

Porscha specializes in bringing testimony-based education programming, multimedia resources, and digital tools to educators and students. Her top priorities include developing the Mobile Dimensions in Testimony (DiT) program and innovating the William P. Lauder (WPL) Junior Internship program. Porscha establishes and maintains relationships with school district decision makers and staff, vendors, and community organizations.

Jennifer Rodgers is a historian of modern Germany and Europe. She holds a PhD in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where she wrote a dissertation on the International Tracing Service (ITS), the first study of this Holocaust-era humanitarian organization.

Lacey manages higher education programs and partners closely with students, faculty, and other campus organizations.

Lindsay is the Managing Director of Echoes & Reflections, the Institute's flagship Holocaust Education program in partnership with ADL and Yad Vashem. In this role, she leads strategic planning and the ongoing programmatic and operational oversight to ensure successful reach of goals and objectives of the Partnership. Lindsay holds an MEd from the University of Vermont and a BA in History from Northwestern University. She has held a range of leadership positions in the non-profit education field for more than 25 years. Lindsay is based outside of Chicago, IL.

Rachel Herman is the Program Platforms Lead of the USC Shoah Foundation. In this role, Rachel manages IWitness, the Visual History Archive, SFI Access, Echoes & Reflections and the building of in-app and Virtual IWalks. Rachel joined the Institute in 2017, working as a content specialist with the Education team.

Sedda Antekelian develops educational content, programming and community partnerships utilizing Armenian Genocide testimony collections. Sedda received her B.A. in History and Humanities from Loyola Marymount University, Master of Arts in Teaching from UC Irvine, and holds a Single-Subject teaching credential in Social-Science and Art History. Sedda has well-rounded experience working within diverse educational spheres, including the traditional classroom, museum education, online curriculum development and project-based learning.

Cate Wilson is the Interim Deputy Director of Programs. She earned an MA in Religion and completed her PhD, both from Claremont School of Theology. She joined the Institute in 2016. In addition to community engagement and outreach, she draws on 15 years of experience as a line-producer and production manager in the film and television industries contributing to project management for the education department. She earned her PhD in Practical Theology from Claremont McKenna College.
